hi, i’m tay, the face behind vanhalla wild. vanhalla wild is a weird name that came about because i’m most in heaven when on the road, with my two pups, surrounded by people i love or when meeting people i’ve yet to love. for three years I lived full-time in a van, travelling all over the world, meeting and seeing different beautiful humans and animals from all walks of life. apart from photography, exploration is my favourite art form. i wanted to incorporate everything I love into one name. i’m overly obsessed with the movie mad max, and have WILD tattooed on my butt. so there is it… vanhalla wild.

i’m an extroverted extrovert, who swears a bit too much and has a deep seeded need to provide betterment for others. i feel everything hard. i used to think my empathic heart was a weakness but i’ve since realized it’s my greatest strength, it’s what makes me who i am, and good at what i do.

i can’t wait to get to know you, and photograph your love. love comes in all shapes and sizes, and whatever yours is, let me bare witness. your story, my art.
